ABOUT OUR REAL ESTATE DOCK AND LIFT SERVICE

Docks4Rent is a family owned and operated local company that would welcome to opportunity to assist in the rental of boat dock space. We work with dock owners and boat owners to assist in providing quality slips and or docks whereby boat owners can securely leave their boats when not in use.

As a Marine I have learned excellent leadership skills and I have exceptional management experience and together I have created a platform so boaters and dockage owners are matched up.  I too am an avid boaters with many years’ experience and know first-hand what it is like to try and find a place to store my boat.

 I have stored our boats at different locations in Cape Coral and Fort Myers as each time we purchased a larger boat it required different access.  Eventually we built a home on a gulf access canal and have the luxury of keeping our boat on a lift in our canal behind our home. Then I  realized an opportunity to help other boaters find places to keep their boats either in the water or on a lift. 

Thus, was born “Docks4Rent”, our water craft version of “AirBnB”.

We would welcome to opportunity to have your location listed on our website and we will give you premium status immediately.  We have been advertising and marketing in Cape Coral and Fort Myers and have organized several boaters with our service placing their boats in docks and lifts we now manage.

If your a homeowner and have dock space or a lift, I  would welcome your being a host on our site and list all your available slips and dock spaces. If you are a boat owner, please email me for an updated list of available space and will work with you to get pre-screened.  I  own and operate a real estate brokerage that specializes in property management and commercial sales and brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the table.
